We can customize your plan to your specific needs. Perhaps you may want the fridge filled with some basic items upon your return. Please do not hesitate to ask for any special requests that you may have. Personal assistant services are $40 per hour. There are no extra fees for mileage.

All Home Checks Include
Pick up mail and bring to your home
Check exterior for damage, flooding, or signs of vandalism etc.
Ensure all doors and windows are locked
Remove newspapers and advertisements from front entry
Check all indoor spaces
Inspect fuse panel for tripped breakers
Check operation of fridge and freezers
Flush toilets to prevent staining and run taps to prevent sewer gases from entering home.
Inspect thermostat
Adjust lights and blinds to portray an “occupied effect” (If desired)
Inspect all plumbing fixtures for leaks
Bring in/take out garbage and recycling
